“Namineko” means “Surfcat”
in Japanese. Namineko loves the incoming sea tide. One day
it discovers a small seaside grotto in which there is a pair
of large precious stones. Namineko becomes their guardian.
One kitten, which is in an ear of the cat, looks up at the
crescent moon which creates a semicircular pattern upon an
incoming wave. In the shoulder of the cat there is “a”
kitten which is Siamese, not only in its breed but also in
its physical aspect of being conjoined twins with three eyes.
